Description
This cheerful sunflower was planted by a bird in my rock garden; they planted many. While waiting patiently for birds to make their rounds, I often photograph surrounding flowers. They stand alone in their loveliness. They probably don't need birds; but they are a definite asset. This was shot at a fairly high shutter speed, hence the dark background, which often creates drama. I liked the angles in this one.
